Yingxian Zhao

Dr. Yingxian Zhao is a professor in the School of Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering, Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University. He received the M.Sc. degree in chemistry from Nankai University, Tianjin, China in 1983 and the Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1995. He was also a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Materials and Chemical Engineering at University of Alberta, Canada from 1996 to 1998.

Dr. Zhao is a senior researcher in chemical reaction kinetics and engineering. His main research interest is in the mechanism and kinetics of chemical reactions and application of novel catalytic technologies to petrochemical industry. He has an impressive level of productivity with more than 60 peer-reviewed articles published on J. of Catalysis, AIChE. J, Fuel, etc.
