The 2nd Conference on New Advances in Acoustics (NAA 2016) will be held from February 28 to March 1, 2016 in Beijing, China. This Conference will cover issues on New Advances in Acoustics. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods.
NAA 2016 is devoted to the advancement of acoustics. Acoustics is the interdisciplinary science that deals with the study of all mechanical waves in gases, liquids, and solids including topics such as vibration, sound, ultrasound and infrasound. The application of acoustics is present in almost all aspects of modern society with the most obvious being the audio and noise control industries. The scope of NAA 2016 covers both theoretical and practical areas of acoustics; Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following: wave propagation, transduction in acoustics, computational acoustics, archaeoacoustics, aeroacoustics, architectural acoustics, bioacoustics, electroacoustics, musical acoustics, psychoacoustics, underwater acoustics, speech, ultrasonics, acoustic signal processing, environmental noise and soundscapes, vibration and dynamics.
NAA 2016 will be a valuable and important platform for inspiring international and interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of acoustics. The Conference will bring together acoustical engineers, technicians, acousticians and academicians from all over the world, and we hope that you will take this opportunity to join us for academic exchange and visit the city of Beijing.
We look forward to seeing you in Beijing.
