| Biography: Dr. Zhang, PhD, is a research scientist in Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His researches focus on computational genetics, bioinformatics, software engineering and optimal control problems as well as algorithm developments. He dedicated on applying software engineering, mathematics, computational statistics and related methods for solving problems such as those raised in bioinformatics, astrophysics, applied math, genetics and genomics. He has published peer-reviewed papers in international journals and conferences. He also wrote book chapters. He is currently on the editorial board of several journals, such as Journal of Computer Engineering, Human Genetics & Embryology, Journal of bioinformatics and genomics, Journal of Genetics and Genetic Engineering etc. He also reviewed papers for many conferences and journals such as Optimal control, applications and methods, Differential equations and dynamical systems, Oncotarget, WSEAS Transactions on Communications, International journal of robust and nonlinear control, and so on, and is regular reviewer of International journal of computer and electrical engineering, Computational biology and bioinformatics, Open access medical statistics, etc. | |
