Dr. Rocio P. Prado Universidad de Jaén, Spain
Biography: Dr. R.P. Prado received the M.S. degree in telecommunication engineering from Seville University, Seville, Spain, in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunication engineering with European Mention from Jaen University, Jaen, Spain, in 2011. At present, she is an associate professor (Profesor Contratado Doctor) with the Telecommunication Engineering Department, Jaen University, Jaen, Spain, in the chair of "Signal Theory and Communications". She has been accredited by ANECA as Profesor Ayudante Doctor since March 2012, Profesor Contratado Doctor since November 2013 and Profesor Titular de Universidad since July 2015. Her current research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, grid computing, cloud computing and scheduling. Dr. Prado is an active member of the research group "Signal Processing for Telecommunication Systems" (Group TIC-188 of the PAI) in the Jaen University, she forms part of the editorial board of the JCR-indexed journal Applied Soft Computing and the international journals Advances in Networks and Current Advances in Artificial Intelligence. Also, she belongs to the editorial reviewer board of the international journals indexed in JCR: 1. IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 2. Applied Soft Computing 3. Soft Computing 4.
