| 简介：
Shijie Cheng (F’11 IEEE) was born in Hubei, China in 1945. He graduated from the Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1967, and got his Master and PhD from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China and the University of Calgary, Calgary, Canada in 1981 and 1986 respectively ，all in the Electrical Engineering. He is currently a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a full professor in the HUST. His research interests include power system stability analysis, power system control, energy storage systems and application of artificial intelligence in power systems.
