Biography: 
Dr Kong Fah Tee, BEng(Hons) PhD PGCert(HE) MBA DIC FHEA, is a Reader in Infrastructure Engineering at the University of Greenwich. His research effort has been focused on structural system identification and health monitoring, structural reliability and failure analysis, experimental stress analysis, fatigue, fracture mechanics and structural dynamics. He has published over 100 refereed international journal and conference papers. His research has been funded by the British Council, Institution of Structural Engineers, EPSRC, etc. He is currently serving as an Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Forensic Engineering (Inderscience) and editorial board members of several international journals. He was awarded an International Research Collaboration Award from the University of Sydney and invited as a foreign expert to the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has been invited as an expert witness and a forensic engineering consultant to industry. He is a regular reviewer of papers, books, research proposals as well as an external examiner of research degrees. He has given a short course, a keynote speech and over 25 seminars and conference presentations.
