Biography:
Over ten-years of scientific career in multiple locations including Faculty of Science at Al- Azhar University, Hot Laboratory Center at Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority (EAEA), Now I am representing as researcher for lignocellulosic-based biorefinery at China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute (CNPPRI), Beijing, China and Assistant Professor of Environmental Chemistry & Director of R&D at Sanitary & environmental Institute (SEI) at Housing and Building National Research Center (HBRC), Egypt with an academic excellence and scientific success certificates. I am also representing a part time consultant for Bureau of Science & Technology, Institute of Science & Technology Cooperation and Innovation Development (ISTCID), Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. Experiences gained from several International Joint Cooperation (IJC) projects in field of water and wastewater treatment and water quality assessment with South Africa, Japan, USA, Italy and China. I have gained national and International memberships including Egyptian Young Academy of Science (EYAS), Ocean Expert (Directory of Marine and Freshwater Professionals), American Chemical Society (ACS), Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), American Association for Science and Technology (AASCIT), We The Microbiologist (WTM), the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), the New York Academy of Sciences, International Association of Hydrological Sciences (IAHS), International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS), Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) in Africa. I am also reviewer and editorial board of different high ranked journals including the World Academy of Science, Engineering & Technology (WASET), Research on Chemical Intermediates (RINT) and Brazilian Archives of Biology & Technology. My research interests is deeply focused on bioremediation, biodegradation and nano-materials for water and wastewater treatment systems. This includes planning and preparation of research proposals, supervision of technical staff and students, initiating new lines of research and performing innovative cross discipline research, presenting lecturers in training courses and presenting papers at conferences. I am usually proposing systems which remediate and transform pollution which rely on the ability of ecofriendly and law cost environmental materials including biological, chemical, physical and their constituents both naturally occurring and induced to support natural attenuation of the environment. International Joint Cooperation (IJC), scientific memberships, reviewer and editorial activities of research articles, conferences, workshops, seminars, preparing and teaching course materials are represents all of my scientific activities. My research interests cover treatment of water and wastewater using different eco-friendly and law cost environmental materials including biological, chemical, physical and mathematical modeling. My recent researches cover the use of Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) for both electricity production and wastewater treatment. I am also interested with preparing and teaching course materials.
