| Biography:
Dr. Narendra N. Dalei is Assistant Professor and Programme Head of Energy Economics (UG) at School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India. Before joining to UPES, he was associated with University of Delhi, IGNOU, and Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Govt. of India in various research and teaching positions. He holds a Doctorate degree in Ecological and Resource Economics from University of Delhi. His research focuses on the interactions between energy, environment and climate change in the context of India and rest of the world. He has published numerous research articles in peer reviewed journals major among them are Journal of Quantitative Economics, Springer, Journal of Air Transport Management, Elsevier, Economics and Policy of Energy and Environment, FrancoAngeli, International Journal of Ecological Economics and Statistics, CESER. He received outstanding reviewer awards from Energy Policy, Elsevier during 2015 and 2017.
