Biography: 
Dr. Ashis Tripathy received his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Malaya (UM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was honored with Award of Excellence-2017 for his outstanding research contribution in Ph.D. & completing his Ph.D. in record time from University of Malaya. He has obtained his M.Tech. degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India and B.Tech. from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, India. He has received several national and international fellowships, such as MHRD, India, High Impact Research (HIR) Grant, from Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia. Currently, he is associated with JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), Jaipur, India. Prior to joining JKLU, he was working as an Assistant Professor in ITER, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University (SOA), Odisha, India. He has supervised several B. Tech and M. Tech. Projects during his tenure at SOA, India and UM, Malaysia. He has received several awards including BEST PAPER award in ISMDMA 2017 Conference, held in DUBAI, UAE in the year 2017 and at ICETMM–2018, IEEE conference held at Poornima University, Jaipur, India. Dr. Tripathy has been invited and delivered to several conferences in India and abroad as a keynote speaker. He is the member of several professional bodies like IEEE, Institution of Engineers (India), and a Life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He has published several research articles in many reputed international Journals such as, Sensors & Actuators: B. Chemical, Elsevier, Journal of the American Ceramic Society, Wiley, RSC Advances and Sensor. He has authored and coauthored several book chapters that have been published by major publishers like Spinger. His research interests are focused on solving current world problems like climate change, farming, irrigation, wound healing, artificial skin, biomedical implant, health monitoring, energy storage and wearable electronics sensor for a smarter and better tomorrow.
