Biography: 
Joined Geological Survey of Pakistan on 25th February 1979, worked as Assistant Director, Controlling Officer and Deputy Director in Geoscience Advance Research Laboratories at Islamabad and retired as Director of the Petrology-Mineralogy Laboratory, Geological Survey of Pakistan at Quetta. Joined the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences, Quetta as Professor in on 24th April, 20014 and working there till now. Worked as visiting Professor in the University of Balochistan at Quetta and China Geoscience University at Wuhan, China. Remained actively involved in geological mapping and mineral exploration of porphyry copper, molybdenum, gold and tungsten mineralization in the island arc environment, magmatic and sedimentary iron ores, chromite, maghemite, magnesite and manganese deposits. Published 133 Research Papers/Abstract in various Journals and presented about 50 scientific papers in various national and international seminars, conferences and symposia. Organized and conducted many in house and National level training workshops in Geoscience Advance research Laboratories, Islamabad.
