Dr. Manik Sharma is MCA, UGC-NET qualified and has received his Ph.D. degree from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, India. He has around ten years of teaching experience. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Computer Science and Applications at DAV University Jalandhar, India. His areas of research are Distributed Databases, Data Mining and Soft Computing. He has published 03 books. In addition, he has published 14 research papers in various journals of International repute. Additionally, he presented eight research papers in different national and international conferences. Moreover, he is an active member of several International Program Committee, Technical Program Committee, and Advisory Committee of several academics conferences (United Kingdom, Singapore, Mauritius, Thailand, Vietnam, USA, Hong Kong, Canada, UAE, and India).
