| Title: Children with prematureventricular comlexesinduced cardiomyopathy -----assessment, diagnosis and treatment | |
| Abstract:
Cardiomyopathy can be combined with ventricular arrhythmia;however,prematureventricular comlexes can also induce cardiomyopathy. Sometimes it is difficult to draw an accurate clinical diagnosis. This time, we will elaborate on the characteristics of premature ventricular beats, such as premature ventricular contractions load, QRS duration, the interval between two beats and the origin of premature ventricular contractions, and so on. And try to explain how these facts may influence the cardiac function? And summarize some diagnostic criteria and treatment of prematureventricular complexes induced cardiomyopathy, so that pediatricians can better assess the risk of premature ventricular beats and give right treatment.

| Biography: Male, Deputy director of Physician, Doctor, In 2005, I graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical school with a doctor's degree. I have worked in the Cardiology Department of Shanghai Children's Medical Center affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School and the Cardiology Center of Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. I’m now working in the Department of Pediatric Cardiology of Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School.I studied pediatric cardiaoelectrophysiology in Department of Cardiology, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University and Boston Children's Hospital Affiliated to Harvard Medical School from 2013 to 2014. I am good at diagnostic and interventional catheter therapy of congenital heart disease; radiofrequency ablation and pacemaker installation on pediatric arrhythmia, and familiar with diagnosis and treatment of myocarditis and cardiomyopathy. Be qualified as pediatric interventional physician of congenital heart disease and pediatric electrophysiology respectively. I am a vice-chairman of the Youth Committee of Cardiovascular Group of the Chinese Pediatric Association, a member of the Children's Rhythm Committee of the Branch of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing, Chinese Medical Association, and a member of the Medical Education Committee of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.
