Biography: 
Dr. Godwin Yeboah is an astute Research Fellow at the Centre for Transport Research in the University of Aberdeen. Most recently, he had worked in the Interdisciplinary Group for Intelligent Transport Systems (DIGITS) at De Montfort University. He obtained his doctoral degree in Geographical Information Science from Northumbria University at Newcastle, United Kingdom (UK), with his PhD research being acknowledged by the UK Parliamentary and Scientific Committee via a special invitation to present his research to a range of politicians and a panel of experts in March 2013. He has been involved in transport as a practitioner and scientist for over 10 years. He began his career as a transport information scientist for TRANSVER GmbH based in Munich (Germany) where his work focused on the development of intelligent traffic information systems using technologies in software engineering and geospatial engineering. Godwin’s research addresses the interrelated topics of transport, individual and group behaviours, informatics, energy, data science and geographical information science, with interest in encouraging sustainable and efficient mobility in everyday life. He has experience on projects funded through a range of programmes working with clients ranging from individual consultants, private companies, and national government entities in the United Kingdom, Africa, and Germany.
