Biography: 
Manuel Rapado Paneque was born in Bayamo, Cuba in 1963. He received a Chemical Engineer and MSc, at Moscow D.I Mendeleev Chemical Technological Institute (1988) and PhD. from Havana University (2015. Their main Research Activities are the development of methods for biomaterial syntheses like hydrogel and nanogels wound dressing for skin treatment and drug delivery. Radiation Modification of Polymers. Microencapsulation and nanoencapsulation Techniques, Tutorials. He had been participated on 7 international projects, 5 from IAEA. He had been managing 5 Projects from the Cuban Nuclear Agency (AENTA) since 1997, nowadays he is managing a Project: Hydrogel Wound Dressing for the treatment of burned peoples at few Havana Hospitals. He had been published more than 30 international papers and had been in more than 35 international congresses. He holds a Senior Researcher position at Center for Applied Technologies and Nuclear Development (CEADEN) in Havana. He is currently an Associate Professor in Radiation Chemistry at INSTEC from Havana University and is the principal researcher of the Medical Registration of the Cuban artificial skin, No 1006013.
