Biography: 
Dr. Ke obtained his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Nanyang Technical University (NTU) in 2010. He joined the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, NTU in 2010 as a research assistant. In 2011, he joined Applied Materials U.S. as a senior research engineer and was promoted to technical manager in 2016. Dr. Ke has more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in the field of materials fabrications and physics. Dr. Ke’s research interests lie mainly in: a) multifunctional oxide materials fabrications and applications, b) thin film deposition techniques development, e.g. magnetron sputtering and atomic layer deposition, c) electron transport in nanostructures. Dr. Ke was invited as reviewer for 10+ scientific journals, e.g. AIP Advances, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics, ActaMaterialia and Nanoscale Research. In addition, Dr. Ke has served technical program committees for the International Conference on Advanced Material Science and Engineering.
