| Biography:
Professor Cai Fuquan graduated from the Department of Polymer Materials, Sichuan University in 1982. He has been engaged in research and development and application of polymer materials for more than，87 patents have been granted to the state. He has won 7 prizes for scientific and technological progress of the state, provinces and municipa and 17have published some papers in the journal. Employed as an adjunct professor at Wenzhou University and Anhui University. Members of Zhejiang Science and Technology Expert Group and Wenzhou Science and Technology Expert . He has been awarded the provincial outstanding contribution experts and enjoys the special allowan. He is currently the chairman of Anhui Xusheng New Materials Co., Ltd. and vice chairman of Wenzhou.
