| Biography: Muddassar Sarfraz is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Business School of Hohai University, Nanjing, PR China. He has obtained Ph.D. in Management Sciences and Engineering from Business School of Hohai University, Nanjing, PR China. He holds International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) from Chongqing University (China), Master of Business Administration (HR) from The University of Lahore (Pakistan) and Bachelor in Economics from Bahauddin Zakariya University. He has published more than 15 research articles in SSCI, E-SCI-ISI indexed journals and conference proceedings. He was invited to attend International training programs on Hydraulic Engineering Dynamic Monitoring Technology (2017) organized by Pearl River Hydraulic Research Institute, Guangzhou, China-ASEAN Technology Manager (2017) at Guangxi-ASEAN Technology Transfer Center, China-South Asia Technology Manager Training (2016) organized by Yunnan Academy of Scientific and Technical information. He has worked as a Researcher and lecturer in various institutes and delivered lecturers on Business Research Methods, Business Administration,and Management. He was awarded Chinese Government Scholarship for Master degree program (2012-2014) and Hohai University scholarship for Doctoral studies (2014-2017). He is amember of Chinese Economists Society (USA), Member of World Economic Association (United Kingdom), American Economic Association, Nashville, USA and Ambassador of International MBA program (Chongqing University, PR China) for Pakistan. His research area focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and Business Management. | |
