Lusheng Wang received the PhD degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, in 1995. He was a postdoc at UC Davis in 1996. Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong and serves as an associate editor for IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, Journal of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology and Journal of Computer and System Sciences . His research interests include algorithms, bioinformatics, and computational biology.
