| IEEE has launched strict scrutiny for many conferences recently. Since the topics of the SCET are not all covered by IEEE, the publication of the proceedings will be at risk of being rejected if all of the 15 conference are included in a single SCET proceeding. In order to avoid a potential risk, the organizing committee has to make the following decisions: | |

| 1.The papers of CEN-S and MST-S will be published in the journal of Advanced Materials Research owned by TTP publishing in Switzerland. | |
|
| 2.The papers of AEM-S、CEBM-S、 CEE-S、 CEPE-S and CSD-D will be published by Scientific Research publishing. The proceedings will be sent to EI and ISTP for indexing, but no guarantee can be given. | |
|
| 3.The technology category for BEB-S、CBB-S、CSE-S、CAA-S、CEEE-S、CPEE-S、 CSIP-S and CWCN-S are included in the scope of IEEE publications. So it will still be published by IEEE. In this way SCET Organizing Committee believes that it will largely reduce the risk of being rejected by IEEE.If the proceeding is rejected by IEEE, we will publish the proceeding through another publisher.And submit to Ei and ISTP for indexing. | |

| 5.The conferences will be held as planned. If there is any change on the program, we will update our website as soon as possible. | |
