Professor Kewen Zhao is a Professor and the Director of Institute of Applied Mathematics & Information Sciences, University of Qiongzhou. He is the author of more than 100 publications in refereed journals, is a board members of the China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, and the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Information Science and Computer Mathematics.
