Dr. Vladimir Levchenko completed his doctorate in physics at the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1988 and Doctoral studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1999. Since 1995 - Visiting Lecturer in the different countries. In 2004 he joined the Department of Materials at Berlin Technical University. Dr. Vladimir Levchenko now is an Honorary Professor of European Union, Leading Researcher of Lomonosov Moscow State University and the director of nanotribology center LMSU – BIES RAS (Lomonosov Moscow State University – Blagonravov Institute of Engineering Science, Russian Academy of Sciences). His main research interests is elaborating, synthesis, research and practical use of nanoconstructed materials, high-tech materials & hi-tech coatings (monocrystalline, DLC coatings), CN films coating of the powder surface with other materials, biomedical nanotechnology, nanoscience and nanotribology, biosensors, surface phenomena in solid state, cold gas dynamic spraying rig design, implementation, and testing. Dr. Vladimir Levchenko is member of 8 international scientific societies. He has published 3 monographs and more than 210 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of repute. He is awarded by the international 4 Grand Prix and more than 30 gold medals for achievements in a science.
