Prof. Lianggui Liu received the Ph.D. degree in communications and information system from the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,Nanjing, China, in 2007. He is currently with the School of Information Science and Technology, Zhejiang Sci-TechUniversity, Hangzhou, China. He was appointed as a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA, in 2011. He was the winner of Qianjiang Talent Project of Zhejiang Province in 2013. His research is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education of China and Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, etc.. His current research interests include network communications, social computing, network security, and natural computation. He has authored or coauthored over 60 papers, which are published in many prestigiours archival journals. He has given several keynote speeches in some important academic conferences in communications and networks. He has served as a proposal reviewer for the National Natural Science Fundation of China, the Natural Science Fundation of Beijing, the Natural Science Fundation of Hunan Province and the Natural Science Fundation of Hebei Province for many years. Prof. Lianggui Liu is a member of IEEE Communications and Information Security Technical Committee and a member of IEEE Standards Coordinating Committee on Transportation.
