Ibrahim Cahit Arkut

Biography:
Ibrahim Cahit received a Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University. He is now retired from academia and telecommunications industry after 35 years of work and services. He has held visiting positions at the universities in Canada, Spain and France. He is a fellow of ICA Manitoba, Canada since 1992. His research interests include graph labeling and coloring, topological design issues of large computer and optical networks. Best known for his works on the graceful tree conjecture and cordial labeling of graphs. His recent works are on the algorithmic graph coloring problems that includes proof of an non-computer proof of the four color theorem and related graph coloring conjectures.
