CLMCR 2016 is devoted to the advancement of laboratory medicine. A medical laboratory or clinical laboratory is a laboratory where tests are done on clinical specimens in order to get information about the health of a patient as pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The scope of CLMCR 2016 covers both theoretical and practical areas of laboratory medicine; Subspecialty fields of interest include, but are not limited to the following: general laboratory medicine, clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, diagnostic immunology, diagnostic hematology, transfusion medicine, diagnostic pathology, diagnostic genetics, personalized medicine, medical laboratory accreditation, and laboratory automation/informatics.
CLMCR 2016 will be a valuable and important platform for inspiring international and interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of laboratory medicine.
