Oana Moldovan is a senior postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Electronic, Electric and Automatic Engineering from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona, Spain. She holds a PhD degree in Electronic Engineering (2008) from the same university and a Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her main research area is the development of compact models (DC and AC) for nanoscale devices: multiple-gate MOSFETs, graphene FETs, amorphous oxide TFTs, etc. She has been involved in 11 projects, participated in 23 conferences, published 15 articles, two books and a book chapter. Her work now is related to the European Project H2020 MSCA-RISE “DOMINO”.
