Biography: 
Kehua Guo received the BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and MSc degree in Computer Science and Technology from Fuzhou University, China in 2002 and 2005, respectively, and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Technology from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2008. He is currently an associate professor in School of Information Science and Engineering at Central South University, Changsha, China. He is also the vice director of the Department of Computer Science and Technology. His research interests include transparent computing, green computing, parallel and distributed computing, and multimedia retrieval. He has published more than 20 technical papers in the above areas. His recent research has focused on transparent and pervasive computing systems. He is a member of the IEEE and IEEE Computer Society. He is also a member of the IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing, IEEE Technical Committee on Computer Communications, and IEEE Technical Committee on Computer Architecture.
